I believe leadership is about serving the team, creating space for growth, and helping people become better than I found them. I’ve had the privilege of growing alongside incredible people, starting on the sales floor and eventually leading operations, marketing, and multi-location retail growth.

I love figuring out how to make a business run smoothly, feel intentional, and deliver a better experience for both customers and employees. From developing training programs and hiring pipelines to curating visual merchandising and digital marketing strategies, my goal has always been to create systems that empower people while bringing them together.

I approach leadership with curiosity, creativity, and faith, believing that thoughtful systems, strong culture, and aligned values lead to meaningful growth. Outside work, I’m inspired by creativity, intentional moments, and nature, which often shapes how I approach team culture and customer experience.
